Your role 

• As CFO, you will lead W5 Solutions’ financial strategy, ensuring sustainable growth and long-term value creation. Your responsibilities will include: 
• Developing and guiding the finance team to foster excellence, collaboration, and innovation. 
• Driving financial planning, analysis, and budgeting. 
• Managing investor relations and financial reporting for our publicly listed company. 
• Leading financial evaluation, due diligence, and integration processes for potential M&A opportunities
• Managing capital-raising initiatives to fund strategic projects
• Overseeing resource allocation and risk management for sustainable growth
• Partnering with C-suite leaders to align financial strategies with business objectives 
• Engaging confidently with investors and stakeholders in meetings, effectively communicating financial insights and strategic plans to build trust and foster strong relationships 

Who we’re Looking For 

• Proven track record as CFO or senior financial leader in a publicly listed organization. 
• Deep understanding of capital markets, investor relations, and regulatory compliance. 
• Demonstrated expertise in leading successful M&A processes, including financial evaluation, risk assessment, and post-merger integration. 
• Exceptional analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable strategies. 
• Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire confidence across stakeholders. 
• Commitment to sustainability and aligning financial practices with long-term goals.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
